Welcome to the Hindu Utsav Samiti Movaiya (HUSM) app. By using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. App Purpose

This app is designed for the residents and well-wishers of Movaiya village to:

• View donation records (Monthly, Gaushala, Agiyaras, etc.).

• Celebrate Hindu festivals.

• Stay informed about religious and village-related updates.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users can create a profile using a phone number and photo.

• Users must provide accurate information for identification.

• Users agree not to misuse the app for any unauthorized activities.

3. Admin Control

• All data including donations, event photos, and news are managed and uploaded by the admin.

• Users cannot submit or edit donation entries or news updates.

4. Account Deletion

• Users have the right to delete their account anytime from the app.

• Once deleted, all personal data associated with the user will be permanently removed.

5. Data Privacy

• User profile details such as phone number and photo are collected only for admin reference.

• No personal data is publicly displayed.

• Donation data and events are available for public viewing for transparency.

6. Use Restrictions

• You may not use the app to harm, harass, or impersonate others.

• Unauthorized access or attempt to modify admin-managed data is prohibited.
